Guide to new features: Proactive Read Receipts
Would you benefit from seeing if your patients have taken part of the information you have sent them? With Proactive Read Receipts, you can get your patients to actively confirm that they have read and understood the message or material that you have sent.
Healthcare provider actions
Navigate to the chat and write your message. Select the checkbox Ask for confirmation above the message before you send the message. When you have sent the message Confirmation requested is displayed below the message.
The patient will press a button to confirm that they have read and understood the message. When the message is confirmed, you will get a copy of the confirmed message with a note added, to make it clear which message the patient has confirmed.
